Bring your basket, because I brought you all the freshly picked fruits and veggies! Did you know there's a tomato variety called "Dancing with Smurfs"? I know, things are getting out of control lol.
August is for browsing the overflowing produce sections, and crossing all my fingers that the tango peaches make a comeback.
It's also a good time to admire the beautiful metaphor of the hard work paying off. Whether we were the ones planting the seed or not, it took a whole lot of effort and TLC to finally get to eat the fruit. We could all lean into this lesson a little more, right? :-)
