If that’s not the case for any reason, please don’t hesitate to reach out - Send me a message through the contact form within 30 days after you've received your package, and tell me your thoughts - we’ll work things out together and find a solution for it.

Non-Tracked Orders (Lettermail)

• Most orders will be shipped as lettermail (stamped envelopes) to keep the costs low for you :-)

• It happens in some rare occasions that parcels get lost, there's not much we can do to prevent that, aside from paying three times the price for a tracking number :(

If and you think your package got lost in transit and it's been over a month since you placed your order, please contact me so I can arrange a replacement.

• I’m not able to offer a full refund for non-tracked orders, but you’re always welcome to upgrade the shipping on your replacement if you’d like extra peace of mind.
