Send me a message through the contact form within 30 days after you've received your package, and tell me your thoughts - we’ll work things out together and find a solution for it.
Non-Tracked Orders (Lettermail)
If your order didn't have a tracking number and got lost in transit, please email me so I can arrange a replacement.
I’m not able to offer a full refund for non-tracked orders, but you’re always welcome to upgrade the shipping on your replacement if you’d like extra peace of mind.
